It rained cats and dogs on Saturday, but turned gorgeous on Sunday. The park was packed that day. Those visitors that ventured into our tent stayed long enough to read every board. Many were moved to share their thoughts and expressed their appreciation for the project. Several brought friends or family back later to see the boards. The most fun was one youth not realizing what the project was about, who spotted a board he had created at an event at District 202. His excitement was worth the whole day.
